"I had the best experience working with Crow's Plumbing for the purchase and installation of a water softener and filtration system for our home. Their office staff were so nice and helpful. Jacob was our plumber we worked with. In my first meeting with Jacob, he arrived at our home on time to inspect our plumbing system and listen to our needs and concerns about our water. As first-time homeowners my wife and I had many questions, and Jacob made sure all that all of our questions we had were answered while he was there. He took the time to walk us through the options that the he provides, carefully explaining to us the pros and cons of various treatment methods and helping us properly size the system that would serve us best based on our needs and budget. When we followed up with him days later with more questions, he was very prompt in following up with us and making sure we felt comfortable with the purchase we were considering, and that we were getting the best value. Jacob was also responsive to our installation needs, prioritizing our installation on short notice the same day we requested to accommodate our lack of availability during the week. The installation he performed was high quality, and again he took special care during install to teach us about the system. If you're looking for a quality professional plumber with outstanding service, go to Crow's and ask for Jacob. They made us feel like their #1 customers, and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Jacob!"

"I was fortunate to find Aqua Tech because Tim was able to fix my water softener - he replaced the resin inside the water softener and charged me $250 when a guy from another company just wanted to sell me a new expensive one!!! It's nice to know a real repairman nowadays! P.S. I checked out Tim ( License # WT0000817 ) and others' licenses at TCEQ ( Texas Commission on Environmental Quality ) - http://www5.tceq.state.tx.us/lic_dpa/"

"My wife and I just bought a new home in Kyle, TX and it was immediately evident that the water was very contaminated. Water spots all over the place! The smell of salt and surfer! The hard crunchy close fresh from the washer! We knew we needed a softener but with so many to chose from how do you make and educated decision? You talk to your neighbors! After speaking with a close neighbor we decided to call Austin Water Solutions to see what they had to offer. After the water demonstration from the amazing team. It was a no-brainer! We had to get the softener from Austin Water Solutions! We have now had the softener for a little over a month and could not be happier with the results we have received with our Austin Water Solutions installed softener. I used to live off of bottled water now I fill my own bottles and it tastes better. No more crunchy close and no more water spots anywhere!!! Thank you to the entire team at Austin Water Solutions for making our home a cleaner, happier & healthier place!"

"3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"
