"the installers tried to be perfect in their installation and they explained the water softner operation"

"He knows what he's doing. He fixed the water shutoff and installed the new water heater in only a couple of hours. Worked smoothly with the city to shut off the water and get it back on after the repairs."

"I had them install an Always Fresh Drinking Water Filtration system in my office break area and the water has never tasted better! The unit it self is sleek looking and the install was great, looks clean and does not take up much space! The Team members all like it!"

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"North Lake repaired and replaced multiple water pipe issues for us, and installed a new water heater. Our kitchen drain line and sump pump lines were old and needed replaced. The North Lake crew was friendly, efficient, and well priced. They even explained all they did, how to maintain it, and helped me with a few other questions I had while they were there. 10/10 will call them again."

"Billy is extremely competent and professional. He came on a Friday evening to correct an issue created by a different water treatment company. And he was very reasonable in his pricing. Thanks Billy!"

"We called Mr. Rooter to look at our water heater which had some corroded connections and small leaks. Dan from Mr. Rooter was very professional. He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. There was zero pressure from the technician, he simply went over the pros and cons of each option and let us decide, and then quickly went about installing the new system. I couldn’t be happier."

"We have struggled for years with a clogged kitchen drain, hiring several different plumbers who came unclogged it quickly and left saying it was a bad system “live with it”. Frustrated with yet another clogged kitchen drain I choose Kyle because he was nearby. He came, carefully assessed the real problem and worked hours repairing it properly. Later I called regarding a secondary issue and he came immediately worked hours and repaired the issue. When I asked what I owed, he replied, “Nothing, I should have recognized the other drain may be a problem.” I was blown away and tipped him very generously. Thanks Kyle GREAT JOB"
