"Very thorough no nonsense professional! Took time to explain each system and its pros and cons. My home wasnt ready for a system due to t he previous owners handiwork so he came in and corrected the issue to make it suitable and we are eternally grateful! His craftsmanship is impeccable and blessed! I would recommend this company without question!"

"The process from start to finish went very well. I knew I wanted a whole house water softener and carbon filter. For me, I needed to find a company that would do a competent install, with a quality product and would stand behind their work for years to come. I looked at a couple other highly regarded companies (from Angies List) that would do a good job installing my home water system, but they did not offer the value that Aqua Systems does, in my opinion. Richard and his team, Tim, Chester and Isaac are seasoned and professional. The email system, no sales person approach allowed me to shop around and gather info without pressure. When I called with questions either Richard or Tim were there to pick up the phone. Chester and Isaac did a professional, clean, competent installation. The to/from main water softener lines were buried and any exposed lines that went to the system valve were insulated. Once installed, I checked the water pressure by turning on multiple showers and faucet. No pressure loss. It is only a few days installed but we can smell and feel the difference in our water. I had an incident with the kitchen faucet that I believed was unrelated to the install, but I mentioned it to Richard. He had Chester and Isaac come back later in the day to take a look anyway. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. Chester was able to improve the flow, but the only way to fix the problem is to rebuild the faucet or replace it. The quality install, long warranty, great price and a quality product that is made in the USA from a company, AquaSystems, that has been around a long time offers a fantastic value for those looking for a new home water softener and in my case a home carbon filter too."

"My partner and I were looking for water treatment units to install to mitigate the hardness of our tap water. We decided to install their system in our home because it had good reviews on google and it was the best investment we made in our home. Not only did her eczema condition improve, we have also reduced the water stains (the white stains left after water dries on your dishes). Great service team!! Highly recommend this brand: good quality, great pricing, and the best customer service."

"Crystal provided excellent customer service and was knowledgeable in regards to all of our questions for the water softener and reverse osmosis systems! I would recommend JRC to anyone looking for a top-notch install and water quality!"

"Folks, these guys will rip you off and I am experienced firsthand. For example, while the kinetico washable sediment filter was just $35 from another company, InfinitWater got it at $80+. After one year of installation, it will cost you $175 every time you called them for a service. Dont do it folks, go with a generic or more popular water softener system or otherwise, go with another company instead of these InfinityWater people."

"Klaro Water Systems did an amazing job installing a new Puronics whole home water filtration and softener for my home. They were thorough and professional. The thing I appreciated the most was the time they took to really listen to my concerns about our water quality and provide the right solution for our home. A+++"

"Came out on a Sunday and charged a really reasonable fee. I had a problem with tankless hot water heaters and the person they sent was a specialist in that area - even coming out quickly on a Sunday. All fixed and clear less than five hours after I first started trying to find somebody to solve my problem."

"Also had a scale inhibitor device installed to prevent hard water scale buildup in pipes so Iâ d never have to treat my tankless water heater for scale buildup."

"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. I was absolutely happy with the service and would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone."

"Very professional service by the technicians and the office representative. Did a great job removing the old water heaters and installing the new water heaters. And the price was $2,200 less than another vendor who quoted the work."
