"I previously had a Rainsoft System. It used around a bag a month of Salt, maybe more. I would have to go out to the system and do a manual RE-GEN once or maybe twice a month with the Rainsoft System to keep my water soft. That was the instruction that I received from the Technician who installed it. Wayne told me that his system would use about 2 bags every six with my 5 grains of hardness. Since I've had a system for over 15 years, I was a little sceptical to say the least. I did not write a review until now, which is 3 years later. I cant believe it. Wayne was RIGHT ! I am only using about 4 bags a year. (Probably less than that because there is a few inches of salt in it when I added more each time. The coolest part is that I can now justify using Potassium because of how effecient the system uses it. Needless to say, I am very impressed with this System and even more impressed with Waynes Knowledge and expertise. He knows water treatment better than anyone I've ever seen. When I asked him about his education in the purification industry, he explained to me that he has to be recertified every three years through something called the WQA (Water Quality Assoc.) but he says his real value is his 25 years of hands on experience. Wayne says now that the system is three years old, It need a Carbon Change to protect the system and resin. With all the money that Im saving on salt (now Potassium) that easily covers the cost of having Wayne put in the new Carbon which he claims will protect my Resin. When I bought the system, Three years ago, he quoted me $250 to replace the carbon. I am more that delighted to report that even though its been 3 years, he did now go up on that price. To say that I am happy with this whole experience would be an understatement. Not only am I Protecting my Wife and 2 Daughters by giving them safe water, as well as protecting my faucets and Water Driven appliances and pipes, but Im saving money doing it. EXCEPTIONAL WORK !!!"

Aqua Systems had sent over two technicians.. one headed into the house to install and the other to the garage to tend to the water softener. We were surprised by how quickly they finished. "I was in the market for a water softener to which a sales person arrived to give me a quote. Infinity installs kinetico water treatment systems which is a proprietary system that you cannot work on. If you attempt to work on it yourself, you void the warranty of the system. They provided me with a quote of $3,600 for the softener, dechlorinator, and RO system which was a fair deal in my opinion. The only reason why I did no go with the company is that their service charge is $187 for each visit. That combined with the price of kinetico parts that are way more expensive than other brands. I m sure it s a great water softener, but the service charge fee is more then 3 times more than other competitors in the area."

I had a problem with tankless hot water heaters and the person they sent was a specialist in that area - even coming out quickly on a Sunday. All fixed and clear less than five hours after I first started trying to find somebody to solve my problem."

"I cannot praise this company enough. The cost was a little higher than I anticipated, but I think it was well worth it. We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future. He then looked at a couple of other issues for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily "taken us for a ride" on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!). THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. He then sent someone else out to take a look at what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!"
