Without missing a beat, they replaced a broken water pressure regulator and in the process they “healed” every leak in my house. Since the installation, I’ve remained in communication with Brad and Jack. They’ve both been generous with their time. Brad, in particular, has followed up several times to see how things are working and to make himself available in case I have any further questions. In short, Pro Water Solutions is aptly named. They are professional and they solved my water problems, even problems that fell outside of the scope of their core business. The price was right and the customer service was out of this world. "After speaking with Kevin (CEO) about the merits of the One Water System, and my own online followup, I bit, and was scheduled for installation 5 days later. Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned.
