They took water samples, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions (we had plenty) and set us up with everything we needed. The install was very thorough and even though nobody will see the equipment the install spot was left clean and the piping all looks nicely hung. That may not matter to everyone but I noticed. Before leaving, the technician made sure all equipment was working and retested the water to make sure it meets our expectations. Now we have a Kinetico whole house water softener, and a Kinetico RO drinking water system. I am so glad we went with the Kinetico system. I can tell a difference in everything! I dont get spots on the dishes anymore, my towels dont smell funky after washing them and having good water has even helped with dry skin. I love the drinking water too! I really can tell a difference from other drinking water and I always fill my water bottle up at home before leaving the house because other water just does not compare. I really appreciate the follow up as well, we opted for the scheduled salt deliveries and filter changes so we dont have to worry about it as much. I highly recommend CGC and the Kinetico water equipment."

"They came and gave me a quote of 4500, I needed the job done so I hired them They sent another company to suck the tank out and they discovered that my tolites was running water they had some suggestions well I repair them and that fixed my problem then the guys from superior came and run the pressure washer and the job wound up costing me 5144 and in advance I told them I was on disability and fixed income, I highly recommend looking around before taking with these guys I know I feel like I was taken advantage of, they will never do any business for me again, another company found the problem and told me how to fix it, I fixed it, and superior made the money for it to me this is a big ripoff"

"the gentleman arrived on time and got right to work. the only thing he needed was an electrical outlet, he even brought his own water! he scrubbed and polished the entire car, inside and out. it took him over 5 hours but it was worth double the price. i'd gotten this service with a groupon so it was a terrific deal, though i'm not sure how much i paid. the man was a wizard and i'll be having this service done again.
