When it was determined that the valve could not be repaired, Chris explained all our options. Their pricing is very reasonable and you can decide which option is best for you. We elected to replace the valve rather than the whole system. Chris immediately made an appointment (2 days later). Matt arrived early. He was also very courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time needed to replace the valve and assure everything was correctly setup and working as expected. Matt thoroughly explained everything he was doing and showed me how to use the new valve. I would highly recommend Cims Water Solutions and will definitely use them again!"

Also, I wasn't aware that 2 cups of water are wasted for every cup of filtered RO water. This isn't a big issue since I'd be purchasing RO water in wasteful containers elsewhere and schlepping it home. Overall though, I'm very happy with the system and would highly recommend Gordon Brothers. A little pricier than other systems, but it's clear the product is superior to others. And since installation is included, I didn't have to pay separately for a plumber or hassle with having a quartz counter installer come out to drill a hole for the faucet.
