Very thorough and followed safety protocols for COVID-19. Also explained everything he did and why. I called for mice control and they sprayed for everything. I had peace of mind that I would not see another mice.

"From this customer. Home advisor fails yet again. Just got a call from Brian at ATC to confirm our experience was good due to initial rating of 3.5 stars. Told Brian this went thru home advisor and was immediately after techs were here. Did not give us time to see results but the customer service and technicians were far above what we anticipated. Their knowledge and experience were far above our expectations and would highly recommend this company for any type of similar services. Def 5 stars!"

This is a small family business. One of the sons came to our house to do the initial inspection for what we thought were termites, but actually turned out to be an ant problem. Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We bought their one year treatment option, which is already showing results. We highly recommend this company.

"You gave us a lower then expected rating for quality. This is unfortunate considering we did everything you asked. Your reasoning was that you requested a 15-min call ahead so your husband could meet us at your home. Our technician was one street away from you and he called. He waited at your home for your husband to arrive. Our tech did a great job according to you. It's a shame you gave him a poor rating for doing exactly what you requested, he was just up the street instead of actually 15-min away. This is a perfect example of how some people can never be satisfied and take it out on the very people that help them."
