Review by JSM and GB, Somerville, MA Project: Paint, varnish, stain, interior and exterior surfaces and lot more... It has been great pleasure to know Renato and have work done by him. We simply could not have asked for a better person for all our renovation work. Renato is meticulous, highly cultured, very responsive, friendly and nice man. Initially we hired him for some interior painting that he started the same afternoon. Upon seeing his excellent work (best work we have seen in 30 years!) we engaged him for lot more subcontracts as many of the things (porch, deck, gutter, steps etc) needed attention in our 150 year old home. Thus one week of his service extended to two months of his service with so much to do. At each step he clearly pointed out what is the problem and how he is going to fix it. Being very receptive, he clearly gave the details of his work for a given day that morning or the evening before. He truly accomplished what he promised to do with deep care to finish it perfectly including all clean up after. He delivered to the full extent of our belief in him and beyond our expectation, despite us being very demanding for perfection (that comes from our top academic profession!). He certainly enjoyed what he was doing day in and day out. In the future we will hire him for many other tasks in the coming months and years. Renato is really trustworthy and we absolutely recommend him.
