I cannot say enough about how great an experience we had working with Jon B. (and his father, too)! His customer service and quality of work were outstanding. We hired Jon to investigate the source of a leak which had damaged the drywall in our closet and adjacent room ceiling. From his first return call, we found Jon to be prompt, accommodating, professional and courteous. It is obvious that Jon cares about what he is doing and he consistently exceeded our expectations. Not only did Jon find the source of the leak (fireplace cap) and fix it, he also repaired and replaced the damaged wall in the closet. We were so impressed with his work, we also had our ceilings completely done over in all rooms on the ground floor, getting rid of the old popcorn ceilings. They came out beautifully! Most importantly, Jons attention to detail was impeccable and his clean up of a very messy project was perfect! We have hired many contractors/handymen before and some have been lousy, some pretty good, and some really extraordinary. Jon absolutely falls into a super extraordinary category! I would definitely recommend Billias Restoration to anyone and would call him again if needed (and we have)!

Jon is a conscientious and skillful worker. We started out with ceilings and ended up leveling doors, doing some roofing and several other tasks. I have recommended Jon to several family members and will be using this company again in the coming months.

They reviewed every part of this construction of my 2 stall garage from the ground up with me. All there workers were extremely neat and polite and very professional while here on my construction being done. This was a perfect Christmas gift to me having this done and a perfect job. Jon and team were AMAZING! Thorough, clean and professional. It's hard to find any company that takes pride in their work, but Jon does. His estimate was fair and no hidden surprises or add-ons. This was a pretty big job, basically a total interior demo of an old Victorian home in Providence. I could not have been happier with the results. Hire Jon and you will not be disappointed.

FANTASTIC work performed by Jon Billias!!! Save yourself the trouble and contact him for your rebuild/handyman/demo needs... you will NOT be disappointed!! He is priced right and has a work ethic that you just don't see anymore today. He is extremely courteous, and goes the extra mile to text when he is on his way along with updates throughout the project (much appreciated). He tore down a double linked shed that was damaged in a storm for me in a single day, which would of taken anyone else 2+ days to complete. He left the site so clean and neat that you wouldn't even know what color the structure was previously. As there wasn't even a paint chip left behind after the demo. Needless to say I am deeply impressed with Billias Restoration and have already passed the word on to 3 other friends/family to utilize his services. Now I just need to have the business card that he gave me laminated so I can rehire him without hesitation for future projects!
