At first, we were very impressed. Floyd responded quickly to our phone call and gave us a competitive quote. He also replaced the springs on our garage door at no cost until he could replace our garage door. Three weeks later, he came to install our new garage doors and that is when all of our problems began. First, he installed the wrong garage door. We ordered a tan door, but he installed a white one. He blamed the error on the ordering department, but shouldn't he have checked the order before installing it'? He did come back within a week to replace the door, but this was inconvenient for us because we had to empty items out of our garage for the second time. In addition, Floyd notified us that our window inserts could not be installed, because they had to be reordered. He told us they would arrive in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called to inquire about our window inserts, but Floyd informed me that the 2 weeks he had previously mentioned was actually 2 weeks from the order date. He assured me that they would arrive the following week. After 4 weeks time, I again called to inquire about our inserts, and he said that he had received them and would be by later that day to install. He did come that day but left a message saying that he had received the wrong inserts. He assured us that it was once again the ordering department's fault, and that they were going to overnight them to him and that he would get them to us asap. One week later, I again called to ask about the status of our inserts. Floyd said he had received them and would be by to install them. Another week has passed, but we still have not received the inserts that we ordered and paid for. Needless to say, we are very disappointed. We have read all of the other glowing reviews and wonder if we are truly the only ones to encounter this many problems. We are also curious to see if this review actually gets posted since companies pay a sizable monthly fee to have their company advertised on Home Advisors. Does the monthly fee that companies pay ensure that only positive comments are posted?We will think twice before using Home Advisors again. However, in the future if Complete Garage Door Services follows through with quick and reliable repair service, we will update our review.

Floyd came out on a bitterly cold day and got the job done. Very professional attitude, and the work showed it. I highly recommend him.

He is efficient, Knowledgeable and work done well. But could not keep his time right, late to show up.
