He does not answer his phone, he lacks communication. Initially when he wanted the job he was answering, but since he collected my money he is not answering my phone any more. He should at least call me to know what is going on.

These guys were excellent! I hated them to redline a camper, which has ALOT of edges to cut. They fixed some water damage for me that was found under the original l floor also. They are very professional and went above and beyond to install my new flooring. I couldnâ t be happier with the end product and I am so happy I hired them. I would recommend them to anyone!

This project started in November 2021 to paint the interior of the house and added on to repair the tub walls and turn the toilet upstairs. Everything was good so far. The painting was finished and a walkthrough was scheduled for 11/30. We could not make it to the walkthrough due to an appointment taking much longer than anticipated. Also the tub wall surrounds he ordered came in wrong and he was planning to complete the upstairs on 12/3 where we would do the final walkthrough. We did not hear from him. Tried leaving messages/texts. On 12/3 we did hear from his girlfriend that he was sick and in the hospital. After he was released from the hospital, we tried to connect again and he said that he would be out to finish the project the week of 12/20. Several more texts and phones call made to him since he never showed up or called. Heard from him on 1/3 stating his phone was damaged and had to get a new one. Again he stated that he would be out the week of 1/10. Again no show no call and no response. He did finally reach out around 1/17 stating that his family had COVID. Long story short, he said that he would definitely be out here on 2/3 to finish. No show, no call and I have not heard from him since. We paid for the bathroom to be completed and it is still not. We had to go to a truck stop to use the showers because the tub is useless in its current state even though he said that it could be used. We were not comfortable with that and informed several times throughout the project. As for the painting, they did not paint the 2 interior doors and the inside of the back door. The paint is chipping in the kitchen and on the side door. They did not clean up the paint that was on the ceiling and floors. So I am out money, an incomplete job. I am a senior citizen with mobility issues and moved here from another state. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have reached out to him asking to refund the money via Venmo and like always no response back to phone calls or texts.

Bought a new fridge and wouldnt fit inder the cabinets. Contacted Avila home improvements and they came out the next day and got the job done. Very professional. If anything happened or needed changed they let me know as soon as they could. Plus the owner of the company was there the entire time.

I needed a wall repainted to sell home and he was very quick and understanding the urgency. Project was relatively simple and he did a great job, I have every intention to have him repaint a few rooms in the new house.

Exceptional, he painted my entire outside of my home and gently talked me out of a terrible door and window color. I went with his recommendations, and my home is stunning! He then did an I side job where he painted my basement and patiently match a previous navy. He then used a metallic gold (ND colors) to complete the rec room. Lastly, he cut a quartz table in half and perfectly mounted it to my brick wall that he painted a charcoal gray to match my kitchen counters. I have given his name to numerous friends, and everyone had a great experience.

Not only was the work completed timely but is was beautiful! When I decided to add more things to the original project Francisco worked out a great price and even finished prior to the original date. I highly recommend.
