Wall abutments are LEAKING, no step flashing was installed. Ice and water barrier was not installed up the wall 12 per the contract.Ice and water barrier was not installed 24 past walls per the contract.No drip edge was installed. Contractor is not standing behind its 10-year warranty.

Since the homeowner left this review and has yet to change it I wanted to make a comment my self. Although not entirely true after further inspection we did find deficiencies in this project. We did agree to replace the roof at no cost to him. We stand behind our work and ensure that everything is done according.

Jonathan Dennis has the greatest integrity and I highly recommend him for any roofing related work. We had rain water and melting snow coming into our kitchen for 15 years. After dealing with about 7 roofers, Jonathan was the only person who figured out the source of the leak. He is very smart, intuitive, methodical and inventive and his crew is top notch... a former U.S. Marine and a true gentleman! 10 Stars!!

I had a a previous ceiling leak in my upstairs bathroom and and a continuous one in my downstairs kitchen, I thought the leaks were caused by a roof problem. When Jonathon came only one leak may have come from a cap that blew off, He replaced the cap. Then discovered it was an air conditioning problem. While I called an HVAC person, he cleaned up the water puddled in the drain pan and told e to turn off the AC. This stopped the dripping water from the ceiling. He really went over and above.
