Floor Pride

We could not be happier with Lou and his crew. We have hired a few other people over the last few years and had such a terrible experience. My husband wasn’t sure if we’d ever hire anytime again, but Floor Pride totally exceeded our expectations. I really can’t recommend them enough.

We are so pleased with the excellent job that Lou and Anthony and Ramon did laying the cherry wood look porcelain tile throughout our 1800 sq ft home. The floor looks great! I have since had other workers in the house exclaim they did an excellent job, even with the hard to do areas like around the baseboard. They also did a very nice job laying the tile around the kiva fireplace. I will not hesitate to recommend Lou and his crew for any tile project. Thanks Lou!

They did an old bathtub to shower conversion for me. Excellent work. I read up on this project on the internet To know what to look for, but it wasnâ  t necessary in this case- they really know their stuff. Careful, competent, dependable and responsive. Job took 5 days, they were at my house M-F from 7:30am to 3pm till job was finished. Company owner came twice everyday to Check progress. Love my shower and appreciate the impeccable workmanship.

Louis and his works are very meticulous, clean and have great attention to detail! They started out doing 1200 sf of travertine stone in my home and I liked their work so much I ended up doing almost 2000 sf! I cannot say enough good things about Floor Pride.

My partner and I have hired a lot of contractors over the last two years to help us with our remodel, and none have exceeded our expectations as much as Lou and his team did! Lou responded to my request for a quote within a day, and he was able to make time within two weeks for our relatively small job, which nobody else seemed able to do. He offered us a very reasonable price, he knew his materials, and he communicated very clearly with us. We loved his team as well: Ramon and Mikey were both incredibly friendly, worked hard and fast, and their work turned out beautifully. This team was a delight to work with, which is far more than my partner and I would say about most of the contractors weâ ve worked with on this project. They are amazing and we would highly recommend them.

The owner was fine, but Anthony, the installer made it all worthwhile. He was an absolute perfectionist (the outcome of my kitchen backsplash is beautiful) and he was a joy to have around as he worked.

I can't say enough good about Lou Aldrich and his crew. From removing my old tile and flooring and installing our new tile and while working around 4 people living in the home and being considerate of their needs and schedules. Lou and his crew were on time the entire time of the project and made sure at quitting time they were cleaned up and done. He was very good at explaining the process and was willing to listen and answer any of our questions. I feel that his price was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I would not hesitant to use his company again and I would recommend them to anyone looking to take on this type of project. Even more so if having this done with minimum inconvenience.

Lou Aldrich is one of the best contractors we have worked with. His price was fair, the quality of his work was excellent, he was courteous, responsive, and very accommodating. Above all, Lou is an excellent communicator, quick to respond to questions, clear about his services and his work flow. His team of workers were equally fine and well managed by Lou, who was always coming over to keep tabs on things. We are thoroughly satisfied with the work and with the whole tile installation experience.

We were very impressed with Louis and his crew. We felt that the quote for the work to be performed was fair, and the quality of work was exceptional. Louis gave some suggestions on the job that made the finished product look even better than we imagined. We would definitely use Louis and his crew again for any future work. I would definitely recommend Floor Pride for any tiling and ceramic job big or small. They replaced our hodge-podge 1970s ranch home flooring with Saltillo tile in 8 days! But Lou had been working with me for several months while I figured out what we really wanted. This is the best money we've spent on this house and it was because of Lou, Chris and the team at Floor Pride. Thank You.
