04/28/2013 Four Seasons Sunrooms The installers do not work eight hours a day, they commence the job and leave after putting in three or four hours of labor. They did not show id, business cards, or their license of profession, nor proof of insurance. We had to ask their names and they did not give a hand shake and considered their first name to be all we wanted. Martin, Davin, and the third unnamed one with six months of experience had no tools or equipment to work with. Martin and Davin shared tools, equipment, borrowed the homeowners ladder, pencil. Used our bathroom facilities more than three times each, used our fridge to obtain their drinking water. No foreman came to the work site, therefore we demanded a boss to come to our home. Nick refused he advised we were not on his schedule. Our recourse, call the corporate office, messy business hot mess business. The work Horrible- two windows manufactured wrong size, no insulation, no caulk, cuts were larger than the required 1/8 inch around windows, uneven not straight cuts but curved, caulk lines will be curved, wide not 1/8 straight even lines to match the rest of the home. Our wait for the two windows to be reinstalled is unknown two, three, four weeks and the construction is on hold. Upon their Re-trip our horrible experience will be felt again. Nothing was finished all work has some details lacking and parts missing. Work started Monday 04/22/2013, 3 in of rain on 04/27/2013.

Ultimately pleased with final product, but over a year after completion have not been able to get a copy of the warranty...customer service is terrible...no response and no follow through with promises...get the warranty as part of final payment in contract...no warranty, no payment.

The concrete that was poured for the patio (not the foundation of the sunroom) was sloppy and took them a while to come back out to fix, however, everyone else on the project was excellent. I would recommend, just be there when they pour the concrete and inspect before they leave.

while the haven't yet started the job, the preliminaries have been seamless. My job coordinator, Brittany, is handling all the details. So far, so good.

I was very disappointed with the service. Noone did what they said they would do. i will never in a million years recommend anyone to use four seasons, ever!!!
