A little pricey but excellent work. Some of time was waiting for inspectors.

You will be wise to be VERY specific with the contract. Don't leave it verbally.

04/28/2013 Four Seasons Sunrooms The installers do not work eight hours a day, they commence the job and leave after putting in three or four hours of labor. They did not show id, business cards, or their license of profession, nor proof of insurance. We had to ask their names and they did not give a hand shake and considered their first name to be all we wanted. Martin, Davin, and the third unnamed one with six months of experience had no tools or equipment to work with. Martin and Davin shared tools, equipment, borrowed the homeowners ladder, pencil. Used our bathroom facilities more than three times each, used our fridge to obtain their drinking water. No foreman came to the work site, therefore we demanded a boss to come to our home. Nick refused he advised we were not on his schedule. Our recourse, call the corporate office, messy business hot mess business. The work Horrible- two windows manufactured wrong size, no insulation, no caulk, cuts were larger than the required 1/8 inch around windows, uneven not straight cuts but curved, caulk lines will be curved, wide not 1/8 straight even lines to match the rest of the home. Our wait for the two windows to be reinstalled is unknown two, three, four weeks and the construction is on hold. Upon their Re-trip our horrible experience will be felt again. Nothing was finished all work has some details lacking and parts missing. Work started Monday 04/22/2013, 3 in of rain on 04/27/2013.

Ultimately pleased with final product, but over a year after completion have not been able to get a copy of the warranty...customer service is terrible...no response and no follow through with promises...get the warranty as part of final payment in contract...no warranty, no payment.

The concrete that was poured for the patio (not the foundation of the sunroom) was sloppy and took them a while to come back out to fix, however, everyone else on the project was excellent. I would recommend, just be there when they pour the concrete and inspect before they leave.

while the haven't yet started the job, the preliminaries have been seamless. My job coordinator, Brittany, is handling all the details. So far, so good.

I was very disappointed with the service. Noone did what they said they would do. i will never in a million years recommend anyone to use four seasons, ever!!!

The salesperson failed to communicate with service manager about our needs. A door was ordered wrong size and when installed there was hassle about the unsatisfactory threashold height. The service manager was very rude and not cooperative at all and hassled about the 2nd half of the money before the job was even finished. I refussed the pay until completion which irritated him. The installers were great and very professional but as for the salesperson, which we never spoke to after we signed up, and the service manager, they need some serious customer service training and manners. We paid for the job, for what we wanted, there shouldnt be any lip about it. If we knew then what we know now, we would have never used Four Seasons based on the fact of those two individuals dont have a clue what customer service is. This company will never get a referral from me as long as they are employeed there.

This was a nightmare from the moment this project started. They were very difficult to work with and were not honest with what was happening. We are now in the process of trying to hire someone to fix the mess that they made of our pato railing.

After an extended delay (weeks after my initial sign-on), caused by "man-made" issues and then weather (mostly rain), the work finally started in late fall and was completed a week before Christmas (@ 6 weeks later than planned). I am, however, pleased with the sunroom's quality, and the sub-contractor for Four Seasons was fine to work with. He kept me better informed of the project details (and progress or lack thereof) when he discovered that this was highly important to me.

great job execution, knowlegable, and most professional

It was refreshing to have someone who I could communicate with (all workers spoke English) for a change. The workers got to my home within the time frame I was given and started work immediately. They stayed until the job was finished. The only complailnt I have about Four Seasons - the company - is once I purchased the product they kept calling every other night to try to sell me a sunroom, etc. I discussed this with the salesman who made contact with me originally and he told me if it continued to contact him and he would put a stop to it. I have only had the windows installed for one day so can't comment on them yet but company is good
