Siding Repair Systems removed and replaced the siding on the second story of my house. From the quote to the finish, SRS was friendly and responsive. They offered several siding options and were patient and helpful in assisting me in choosing items that would complement the existing exterior and remain within my budget. They even replaced a few damaged boards on a lower wall with new siding cuts leftover from the upper level and painted them to blend in for no additional charge. The crowns they custom made for me were an outstanding signature on the windows. I was very happy with their quality and customer service. Plus they offer a lifetime warranty on their work. I would recommend them and will hire again when the main level needs new siding.

We hired Siding Repair Systems to repair worn siding in several areas and repair/replace the garage door frames. Tim gave us a good understanding of what could be done and did not use any "hard sell" techniques. We liked him and signed a contract. Paul, the site manager, scheduled the work so it would be done before we left on a trip later in the week. He also offered an additional option for our garage door frames that we decided to choose. All the work was professionally and quickly done. We were especially impressed with the painter, who made sure to cover some random spots on siding that wasn't replaced. The overall effect was terrific. We will hire them again when it is time to replace additional siding.

WE recently had our entire home resided by Siding Repair Systems. It was a huge project but the entire process was handled smoothly from the estimate to the removal of the old siding to the installation of the new siding. The entire crew were professional, neat and courteous and the work was done in a timely manner. We hired SRS to replace a few siding panels, they were very professional and helped us out quickly. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they didn't put back on the downspout, other than that, they're great and I would recommend.

We hired SRS to replace six windows and to paint our house. We were happy with the quality of the work on both the window installation and paint job. However, communication on the window installation could have been better. Four window screens were not shipped with the windows and I had to call SRS four different times before the screens were installed. I will use SRS on other home projects, but will make sure the project manager understands the level of communication I would like regarding project delays.

The sales process was great, and the finished work is still looking great 2 months later. The scheduling process was really difficult and I was told people were replaced over it, also the wrong siding was ordered once and we had to wait for a re-order. The new siding that arrived was ALSO wrong (right color, wrong design) but at that point we just wanted the work started and agreed to allow the second order to be installed for a discount on the work. All the people I spoke with throughout the process were friendly.

I was pleased that they were very knowledgeable about the best way to upgrade the old composite siding on my house and cover it with James Hardy cement board. They were also able to replace a front picture window and the gutters. They did a good job on everything. The crew was courteous and friendly. They came and worked hard including working on a Saturday to finish up before a major snow storm came in. The project supervisor Paul went out of his way to make sure all the work was done to my satisfaction...and it was. I am very happy with the end result and so are my neighbors! (I've had lots of compliments from people walking by my house and seeing the end result.)

We replaced our siding with James Hardy board from Siding Repair. Our project started right before Thanksgiving. The crew came in the cold and worked when they could. The crew was courteous and friendly. They were hard workers and got the job done in a neat and timely manner. The painting crew did a meticulous job. Also very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Cash kept us informed about our project. Paul helped in any questions also. Cash and Paul were instrumental in communication with the crews and were very professional. They made sure the job was done to specific standards and have also followed up on some minor details that needed touch up after the job was finished. I did not know what to expect since we had never done a huge project with siding replacement. They went over and above our expectations to make sure our house looked perfect and is the best looking house in the neighborhood. They work hard and are the best company to do your job. I look forward to working with them on other projects in the coming years.
