Superior customer service! Noemi does a great job training her crews and is 100% committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction! Considering the costs involved and time demands, the work quality is what I expect from a good home cleaning business, meaning, they do a very good â fast jobâ . Her crew members are extremely friendly and are excellent at following directions. I feel safe knowing that Noemi doesnâ t hire individuals without police background checks! This group does a professional and very complete job of cleaning both the inside and outside of windows, including tall 15' palladium windows, which are the most difficult to clean due to curved tops and difficult to reach areas. They work together as a team, especially on the palladiums, where one would tell the active cleaner where to clean, since the active cleaner isn't the best one to see soiled areas of the window. They are very interest ed in the customer's satisfaction. I would also consider them for other cleaning work, carpet cleaning, etc.
