I would not hire Kervin and his crew for pool repairs/remodeling. Do not do it! The work is mediocre at best and he takes much longer than he tells you it will take. He did a remodel on our pool and we are finally finished after 1 year and hiring someone else to finish it. All of the subcontractors he used called/texted/sent letters telling us that they had not been paid, even months after we paid Kervin. We always paid promptly. Kervin is deceitful and has no customer service; he wont even return phone calls. He only has 25+ years of service because there are not many people who build pools and he can get away with teriible customer service and mediocre work.

He does not honor his word is and all he has if he cannot do what he says, he is not worth hiring.

"We are disappointed that we are not able to satisfy Mr. Jacobs. He has asked us to reinstall a damaged diving board. For liability reasons it is something, we cannot do. We offered him several options but ultimately we are not able to satisfy him."
