If you are debating about whether to hire Soriano Environmental, just do it. Professional, excellent communication, on time, neat and tidy, and fair. Knows what he is doing and pleasant to work with! I hope I don't need him again but I would call in a second if I did. Highly recommend.

When you are urgently looking for a company to remove asbestos tiles so that you can finish another project it is so important that the company is responsive. Adrian was very responsive and reliable. I was so happy to have found him. He was accommodating and his crew was friendly, hardworking, and professional. We would hire them again for another project in a heartbeat.

I contacted multiple companies. A raccoon got into the attic and managed to separate the joints on a heating duct that was wrapped in asbestos and she scratched off some of the asbestos. Adrian was the only contractor who recommended I shut off the heat or at least cover the vent (which he volunteered to do) until the asbestos was removed. Adrian returned phone calls and emails. I decided to also remove asbestos on the heating ducts in the basement. So we wound up with 3 work areas ... 2 in the basement and 1 in the attic. He and his crew were in and out in about 7 hours. The areas were left clean.
