Selling my house and buyers requested a deep clean. I received several proposals from various Contractors for whole house deep cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. Vickie's representative was very friendly and very convinced they could make my house look amazing, and their proposal to do it all was going to save me hundred of dollars. However, the results were horrible. whatever they use for cleaning products left a residue on the floors, cabinet fronts were not cleaned, but Instead just wiped down with a pledge type product, the carpet cleaning machine was a small vacuum sized Bissell that I could have bought from Kohl's, glass was streaked with a residue. The only areas they excelled were cleaning the toilets and bathtubs. Vicky's was supposed to bring five people to clean for 6 - 7 hours, but only brought 3 and worked for more than 13 hours, and still didn't finish. I would not recommend a deep clean service from Vicky's.

They were very professional. Excellent communication. Very responsive. The job was well done.

Eduardo and team were fantastic. They worked hard the whole time and the result was a cleaner home than I could have dreamed of! I've never seen my shower sparkle like it does now. I would hire Vickie's Touch Cleaning Service again in a heartbeat.

I called this company yesterday afternoon to inquire about some cleaning today. Eduardo said he had a late appointment today (8/29/17), but we agreed he would come at noon and do what he could in a few hours. As I told him, I wanted to get the work done today because my sister, who lives with me, is coming home from and extended rehab stay after surgery, and I wanted it to be nice for her. I am partially disabled it is difficult for me to do a lot of cleaning. Today, he arrived almost 30 minutes late, looked over the rooms to be cleaned and said he didn't think he'd have time to do the work, but asked if he could come at 4:30pm with a helper to do the job. It's now 5:30 and I have not seen or heard from him, even after leaving a message at around 5:00. I know the rooms need a lot of work, which we discussed in advance, and I even offered to pay extra. I have hired many service professionals via Homeadvisor.com over the years, but this is the first time I've had a bad experience. Very disappointed.

Don't be sorry, hire these guys!

Tried to charge $500 for a full move out service. Did not finish in 7 hours for a 1700 square foot house. Did most of the upstairs and barely any of the downstairs in the time frame. 2 employees came, 1 of them fell ill mid way through. Was told it was because he mixed bleach with ammonia. This is unprofessional for a cleaning service. Was not charged because they did not finish the job.

Eduardo did a great job communicating about the job and the work itself was fantastic - house is sparkling clean. Very happy and will be looking to do more work with him and his team in the future.

I asked them to clean my floors and carpets including moving the furniture . I was disappointed that in the office they did not move any furniture and did not clean the corners of the floor .
