As a Property Manager for a large community, it always takes time for proposals. Western Indoor made my job for this project very easy. Henry gave me a quote/guesstimate on the phone for cleaning townhome vents and ducts. He came in took a look, did the work and provided me with an excellent price as quoted. Not only was the job done better than expected Henry was a pleasure to work with. I will call them again so tell all your friends and property owners that this company deserves over 5 stars.

For what I paid i had assumed they would pull the cover off the A coil and clean it too. But they don t. I have since found someone else to do my daughter s house for 20% less, and they include the A coil cleaning. Same size house.

The technician came out promptly and went through the house and identified all the vents. He did not find anything bad after the fire in our area and didn't recommend any cleaning. I would use them again when I need the service.

they were very responsive and thorough. Always showing photos of what they found and giving details of what the process is. Incredibly nice to deal with as well. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them. The only drag was we couldn't get one of the registers back up due to crown molding making it difficult to put it back up in place.
