I have been using Crystal Carpet & Upholstery Care for 6 years commercially. I have used them for carpet cleaning, stain removal, carpet dent removal, scotch guarding and carpet odor removal. Having moved into plenty of apartments with the landlord â cleaning the carpetsâ I was never sure how clean they were. I decided this time to hire Crystal Carpets as recommended by a friend and seeing the difference in â landlord cleanedâ and professionally cleaned? WOW! I will never move into a new space without having my carpets professionally cleaned again. Darrin is the absolute best. He squeezed me in last minute. I'm selling my home and thought I needed new carpets. Not after Darrin got done. AMAZING. Not only is the work AMAZING but Darrin could not have been nicer. Explained everything he was doing and answered my questions I had. DO NOT use anyone else. You'll regret it if you do. I can't say enough good things about Darrin. I have been telling everyone I know to only call Crystal Caprpets. Side note: I had hired another local company and they "forgot" about me and never showed up. Darrin saved the day.
