Danny was able to squeeze us into Blue Star's full schedule at a time that worked for us and called before the visit for clarification about the problem, and after the visit about how things went. John called before arrival to let us know about exact timing, and was very thorough in investigating the problem and then explaining the situation. After consultation, he was able to repair our system. John also discussed what to look out for in case there are problems in the future. We have had our AC unit serviced regularly by other companies, but we will never use those other companies again. Blue Star is superior in every way! Cannot recommend highly enough. Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

"Brian was the one who installed my air conditioning unit. excellent work, not only on time, took several hours but he did an excellent job. after the installation, he cleaned my room where it was installed. He worked neat clean. costumer support conact was provided for future service. He was very efficient. Very fair pricing, they also provide a discount on service during the winter time. He was the repairman for my old air conditioning unit. I am very very pleased with the service, I would highly recommend them."

"I can't believe I haven't left a review after all this time.  Better late than never though.
The movers were great, polite and professional.  The guys were very clear about which expectations they are able to meet and what is realistic with the time frame they are given.  It was a lot of work moving to our new place which was located up 3 flights of stairs but they powered through it!  We provided lots of Gatorade and some snacks as a token of our appreciation!  We ended up paying for additional time but we knew there was a possibility that it would take longer than expected.
We only wish there were no hidden charges for extras like wrapping furniture, etc.  We normally don't have to pay extra for this based on our previous experiences with other movers.  We opted not to avail of those services and they were clear that there was a risk of the furniture getting scratched or damaged.  Fortunately, the furniture was getting replaced with new ones anyway so we didn't care too much about cosmetic damage so long as it stays functional when we reached our new place. However, they did their best to make the least amount of damage to them which was a plus.  
All in all, it was a smooth move and we couldn't be happier about that.
