Secondly, they at no point until after the work was done broke down any of the cost of what they were going to charge. We had a small basement drain unclogged. The whole thing took like 45 minutes. Then we got the bill... almost $700 dollars. Nothing itemized, nothing broken down, just a flat fee. So she called. No answer. She emailed, waited 3 days... no answer. She called again, no answer, and left a message. When they finally got back to us we were told it was this much because we were being charged for a "whole service package" including a 1 year warranty. We declined and asked repeatedly how much the warranty was, and how much the service was. They literally COULD NOT answer this. We kept asking for a simple breakdown of fees. She kept evading the question and finally just agreed to refund "$300 for the warranty". Still never got a straight answer"

There was a little water on the floor in one of the bathrooms, and Scott took the time to retrieve a shop vac and clear the floor. As anyone familiar with North Dakota knows, sprinkler systems must be winterized in September or October to prevent freeze damage. Ours was professionally blown out as soon as we moved in. Fast forward to spring—sprinkler systems in this region typically aren’t used again until late May, after the last freeze. We hired a professional sprinkler company to perform the spring startup and inspection. They found that multiple valves weren’t working properly. I filed a claim with the home warranty company immediately. Despite having the coverage, they denied the claim, saying it was a "pre-existing condition." That’s absolutely ridiculous, considering the system was winterized upon move-in and wasn’t even operational until months later. To make matters worse, this company has no partnered service providers in our town. You're expected to find your own technician, and good luck finding one who’s willing to work with them. Even if you do, you're likely stuck paying a significant amount out of pocket if anything needs to be replaced. This company is a complete scam. They take your money and leave you high and dry when it actually matters. I would never recommend them to anyone."

I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
