The cost to do that on a weekend as an emergency service was not bad. When the replaced water heater still had issues, they dispatched another tech at no additional charge, found the root of the problem, and I was able to get that repaired. I called their office with concerns about the necessity of replacing the heater and they actively worked to address the issue to my satisfaction. I have engaged them for maintenance services for the next two years. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy.
