"The majority of the time I contacted this company the people answering the phone were very friendly and courteous. On the day of my install, the last person I spoke to was not as nice. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. Chad definitely gets an A in customer service and experience."

"I thought it went well but took longer than I expected. Mechanic Leo bought the new tank and pipes in when he arrived. I believed Leo arrived around 7:30 pm. He completed the installation around 11:30.pm Leo went out to his truck, stayed outside for a long time, in fact, my son Vann went out to ask him what was taking so long. When he came back in, Leo told me there would be an extra $100.00 We explained that we had been quoted a price of $1,300.00.. so he said to call the i office and they would straighten everything out, That’s why I called the next day. Everything seemed okay. When I notice the water was much slower, I called to let J&S know. The person asked me a few questions and advised me to check the faucets. Well, that didn’t work and the water was not as hot as before the installation. I called again to explain to J & S what was happening. The person there told me that they didn’t have to come out, and I still owed them $100.. so that's why I called Angi So I decided to check all of the faucets and I realized that the water flow was not coming out properly from any of the faucets So this is what happened. I am just appalled that they haven’t come out or called as of this date. I need them to come out and check this out, something went wrong. We could do a FaceTime inspection that would show the flow of the water."

He explained everything he did, answered all my questions and said my water heater was very dirty and should now run more efficient."
