"Cody was friendly and professional. He kindly explained what he was checking and what the readings were on my unit vs. what the normal range is supposed to be. I told him that there's a slow leak in the system and he walked me though the options of how to deal with it. He then took extra time to give me an estimate of what one of those options would cost but gave no pressure either way to try to fix it or buy a new system. Since my furnace is on the older side and I expressed interest in getting an estimate on what a new system would cost, he called the office and set up the appointment for me. Cody was great - I highly recommend Standard Heating and Air."

They were able to disconnect our gas appliances at two separate homes and then come back the following day to reconnect them after a move and they were nice enough to charge it as one continuous service call rather than two like most other plumbers I called charge.  They were friendly and knowledgable."

"Excellent service.  Scheduling was very easy using the online service and I received E-mail confirmation and an E-mail reminder for the specified date and time.  They also called me 30 minutes before arriving.
Dave and Tim checked the faucet and water supply fittings.  It wasn't that.  Then down to the basement.  Dave saw something obvious, caused by a previous (not Pipeworks) plumbing repair.  The problem pipe was replaced and all was well again.
Dave also advised on other potential problems that he had seen and gave estimates on how much it would cost to fix them.  No pushing or hard sell involved.

If you want to gain some confidence in your central air unit, I would guess that "rejuvenation" is the package to go with."

"I needed this work done fast to accommodate a new washer and dryer that was arriving in a few days. Mark answered the phone on the second ring, came by and looked at the project the next day and was able to starting working on it right away. It was a 2 day project and by the time the other plumbers I called finally got back to me,  Mark was almost finished!  He is very knowledgable and advised me on a freezing pipe situation as well. He is very customer service focused and understands that if you are calling a plumber you probably want to speak to a plumber vs. voicemail. company. The furnace installer brought in this company to do the full removal
of our old furnace and the asbestos.
The price in removal was included in with our install, so I
do not have an exact cost. Plus I don't think that really matters when you are
talking about your health and family?s health. The two men that came in to do
the job were friendly, quick and careful. They laid down fabric to protect our
floors and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would highly
recommend them to another homeowner.
