"Water heater repair and Had Gerald Schulz out here and he did a great job."

"Had Flo Pro Plumbing come and change out my hose bib and water pipes in my side yard. They did a great job, very responsive and fair. Will be my go to in the future!"

"Josh arrived on time for our appointment. We mentioned we did not have hot water. He initially checked whether there was power to both the lower and upper thermostats on the hot water heater. Finding no power for both thermostats, he then checked the main power line to the water heater. Once again, there was no power. He checked the circuit board and found the circuit breaker had been inadvertently shut off. After turning the circuit breaker to the on position, he did hear the water heater beginning to heat water. He also gave us advice on servicing the water heater in the future along with possible additions of a water softener and a reverse osmosis unit to offset the hard water from our town water system. We would definitely recommend this company for future plumbing needs."

"Prompt, courteous service. Plumber explained everything in detail for water heater unit and installation. Highly recommend Penguin Air and Plumbing."

"Ace Home Services, LLC helped installed a water heater for my home. I thought that he deserves all FIVES across the board."

"Exceeded my expectations from the start. Caleb Garver was on time. He efficiently explained what systems would work well in our house. The installers arrived the next day on schedule. Fernando and his co-installer were efficient, worked in horrible heat. The outdoor temperature was 105+. Fernando explained everything and showed us how to use the thermostat and change the filters. Then a senior technician, Robert, came and did a complete inspection and sign off of the job. Because of the outstanding experience with the quote/sale and installation, we were comfortable getting the maintenance plan. We highly recommend Emergency Air."

"Glenn was very professional and went out of his way to please us.  The installation of the RO and water conditioner went really well.  The installers went right to work and were friendly.  Right away we noticed such a difference in the water.  It's amazing!  We couldn't be happier with what we purchased!"

"I purchased a deal for a toilet tune-up, but we wound up needing to replace the toilet altogether. My daughter had to go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet, without any advice from the plumber on which one to get because he would not return her calls. My daughter checked the reviews on the toilets online and got advice from the plumbing specialist at Home Depot. She wound up purchasing a toilet from a brand the plumber does not like, so he informed us he would not offer any guarantees for his installation. It has only been a week and the toilet is still working, but it is frightening that he would not give any guarantees. Because he was unable to give us the 5 year guarantee for the toilet like he does for others, he should have advised us to purchase a different one. Instead he went ahead and installed it and said he would not warrant it. He charged an astronomical amount for installing the new toilet. Home Depot had an installation price of $109 and he charged $250. If we had known he would do that, we would have never gone with him."

"Chris did a excellent job and was excellent at explaining the workings of the system. Will have them back for a water softener install. Excellent!"

"COST: Got an estimate from 3 other companies, their cost was sometimes double or more (when compared to FIXD's) FIXD gave me an estimate, and they kept it , no additional charges or surprises at the end. EQUIPMENT: The equipment I got from FIXD was the expensive option offered by others. INSTALLATION: Their technicians (3), came on time, and within a few hours they replaced the old AC/furnace units with the new ones. Excellent work, clean, neat and functional. RECOMMENDATION: I'd recommend this company, very professional. I had to change the installation date and they were able to accommodate my newly proposed one. They are very responsive, always getting back to me answering my questions."
