The rotting wood on my shop turned into severe rot from wood ants. So the job expanded to replacing several 2X4 and the entire exterior. Ken repaired it all, rebuilt my exterior doors to the shop and the painting is excellent. On my home, there were spots that needed repair and Ken did that. I am very pleased with his work. "I have used Acadian on other projects and was afraid this repair job would be too small for them but I was happy to hear they were sending Javier (who has worked on my home before and is awesome) to come repair the ceiling. I was worried the entire ceiling would have to come down but he was able to remove just the area around the crack and replace the sheetrock, patched it and repainted the ceiling. It was a 3 day job and I was expecting to pay nearly double what they charged me so I was happy!"
