"We had a new gas furnace installed by RothHome. The install was really well done. It was an all day job. Workers were just great and I was able to ask questions about the installation. We had an air conditioner put it at same time the furnace was installed. After using the air conditioner for the summer we had our routine checkup for furnace and air conditioner. The worker that worked on our checkup noticed that the wiring looked like it melted the plastic at the terminal. He went back to the office and alerted the management of what he found. They came right out that day and rewired the condtioner. This company is really on top of things and no charge to fix the problem. I want to say the technician that found the problem was amazing to find this problem before it could have been worse. I need to mention his name as I was so impressed with his knowledge. "On Friday evening I contacted Anchor Plumbing and talked to Danny about getting out new sink installed, made an appointment for Monday for him to come out and give me an estimate and if I okayed that they would install it, and that is what happened. He was right on time, did exactly what he said, and with Carlos, they carried out the extremely heavy old sink, but didn’t mention anything about how heavy it was. (I knew because my brother told me). The new sink is installed and everything works great and looks great. I couldn’t be more pleased. Also they were very pleasant, polite."
