"I called KSM early in the morning because our bathroom was reeking of sewer gas and it was beginning to infiltrate the rest of the house.  They had a repairman to the house within half an hour. He fixed the toilet. Our bill was a bit more because we also asked him to make sure the tubs were draining correctly. We wanted to make sure that we were getting to the cause of the sewer gas problem. We have also used KSM in the past to fix our swamp tank and have been very pleased with responsiveness, quality and professionalism.

My swamp cooler died on me, so I called PHC on Friday, they had a technician out at my house to look at my system and give me a free estimate by the following Monday. I was able to order the swamp cooler I wanted, and have it installed by the end of the week. "Overall work was done well. One outlet was wired incorrectly, but was tested before the electrician left. Unfortunately GFCI was blown due to incorrect wiring. Electrician replaced outlet at no charge and I exchanged the GFCI at hardware store and installed myself. No harm no foul. I was supposed to get an invoice sent via email after the fact, but I never got it. Required work was completed and price was reasonable."
