"Free consultation and was very upfront about scope of work.  Within two days had emailed me a bid for the work.  Bid was very detailed and professional, spelling out exactly what needed to be done in what order.  Work included a pressure test of gas lines, the move and replacement of the water heater, and the final inspection.  During the initial pressure test, discovered gas meter in a location not up to code, so contacted CNM about moving it.  Installation took longer than anticipated, but stayed late into the evening to make sure heater was installed on time (left house at 7:30 pm).  We above and beyond the call of duty, but would not leave us without gas or hot water.  Very professional and a very pleasant experience.  Highly recommended.

"Mike was outstanding to work with because we had all kinds of scheduling interruptions and he was both flexible and responsive during these times.  He and his crews were prompt, very professional, efficient and knowledgeable.  Due to some problems getting a range hood delivered, we rescheduled that project a total of 3 times and then found out the range hood wouldn't work in my configuration (not without major structural changes to my house).  Mike repacked the unit and helped load it in my truck since it was too large for me to do so  myself.  He then walked me through the specifications I needed to present to the vendor in order to get what I need.

"We originally purchased a Big Deal for $99 from another provider who was unable to perform the work because they were not certified to work on a pre-manufactured home.  Peter was willing to accept the same deal and scheduled us immediately because we had one entire wall in our home without electricity.  It's summer in New Mexico and it happened to be the wall with the Air Conditioner.   Needless to say his urgency was appreciated.  He arrived on time and immediately started troubleshooting the issue.  Once he verified the breaker needed to be replaced he had to drive to four different stores to get the parts.  He was still able to diagnose the issue, get the parts, replace and test all of the circuits in the two hour time frame.  It was unbelievably refreshing to have a contractor who was so prompt, efficient and competent in getting the job done.  I would absolutely love to have him come back and take care of some switches and fixtures that need some tlc.
