Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. After a year, one of their staff returned for a tune up to make sure the new system is ready for the coming summer heat; he came within a day of my call. All around, great service."
