Work was completed in slightly less time than he projected. Quality of the work was first rate. Left the house and area surrounding the work - install new heat pump outdoor unit and indoor unit in attic - cleaner than when they started. There is one other reason why I would implicitly trust these folks. When the president of the company (John Smith) came out to do the estimate, he carefully explained the various levels of the systems that would match the house. He did NOT try to "upsell" me on a system that was more expensive than the property warranted. He carefully explained the technical benefits of proposed upgrades to the drain systems and the need to install a path from the attic entrance to the interior unit for safety (agreed immediately). I'm a licensed mechanical engineer, and his explanations were complete and accurate. In sum, a highly professional company, exacting standards of technical performance, they listen to their customers and their integrity is unmatched."

"Kamal diagnosed and completely repaired a failure with our upstairs ac/heat pump that was having high/low stage lockouts. Neither the ac or heat pump was working. He replaced the compressor which had died, replaced the TX valve in the attic, which was installed incorrectly by the original installer, flushed the line and checked for leaks, etc. In a quick turnaround time. Kamal communicated every step of his repair and was very honest and responsive. Everything is now working perfectly. This is a complicated system to repair, and the expertise, timeliness and the VERY fair price Kamal gave to us made it a First Class job. Great work!"

That is why I keep using them. They were responsive. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need. This was the perfect unit for the rental property. They were very prompt and did a fine installation. It was another one of those short notices during hot weather. It was not real cheap but an average price."
