"Steven & Dillion weâ re very professional, on time, hard working, and answered all questions. I had massive flooding in my basement and they installed a gutter system with sump pump. I am now stress free and have made a great investment for my home. Hunter was the first contact I had at Indiana Foundation, he came out and gave me an estimate and helped set up installation and financing. This is a company I believe in and they work hard and deliver great product and services. Communications with this company was easy also. Before starting the project, one of the foremanâ s/supervisors named Josh came out and answered-all my follow up questions. He was awesome too! "We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else.  We were very impressed with them."

"Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule. But I think this is preferable over the big companies that want to do it all in one day but are in your house from 8-8. Highly recommend if you need any sort of basement work done"

"David gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work to be done. He asked for 1/2 up front. As a previous small business owner I did not feel this was unreasonable so I paid him 500.00. He estimated the work would take 3 to four days and I thought the same. After several no shows the "mason" showed up. The first clue was he came in a car. According to my wife he was here 2 hours and left, came back for another 2 hours the next day and left again. He said nothing to my wife about leaving or when he would be back. David called a day later to ask about coming out to look over the job and get the rest of the other 500.00. I said he isn't finished and he's only been here 4 hours. So then I looked up the prevailing wage in IL for a mason and found out it is 28.50 an hour. The next day the guy comes back for another 3 hours. David came to look at the work and I walked him around and showed him all of the places that had not been done. So the guy comes back again for about an hour. All told it was 8 hours work, nothing to write home about but it was agreed up front that I wasn't looking for an exposed brick look. I need it tuck pointed well enough so that I could drylock and paint the exposed brick. I will say this was done in the end. The worker left a mess that I and my wife had to clean up, I pointed this out to David as well. I told him I felt he was overly paid for the amount of work preformed and that was the end of it. It's really to bad. It's difficult to get contractors to do small jobs and I had plenty for him to do. I'm not unhappy, just would not hire again"

Today i got a call from one of my tenants telling me that there was a leak. i called mcDonoagh and Sons and within two hours, they ha a Technician come out on st Patrick's day diagnose the problem, get the appropriate parts and fix it. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and the speed of service. He also made helpful recommendations for how to maintain my water heaters.

"Scott had to repair/reinforce/replace floor joists in the crawl space and replace a basement window, repair cracks in the basement foundation, and replace a rotting wood post with a steel one. This was a complex job requiring Scott and his workman two days. They did an excellent job and did more than the contract specified, including wrapping foil tape around loose connections in the furnace ducts, shoring up unsupported floor joists in areas other than the original work order, etc. Scott is hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I would recommend his company to anyone needing foundation, basement, and floor joist repair."

"I called on June 28th, and was ready to schedule a date for gutter cleaning.  I was told he would be out on the 29th.  When he did not show I called the follwing week and was told he would be out on the 6th or 7th.  Once again the owner did not all or show.  On the 10th I got a call from the owner saying they were at my house and had begun working.  I was not aware that they would be out on the 10th, and do not like contractors showing up with no one home.  He then wanted payment prior to me seeing the job he had done. 
Overall he did an okay job.  The agreement was that he would remove the contents of the gutter and would then use a hose to make sure everything was removed and clean.  He only removed the contents from the gutters, he forgot to bring a hose with and was disapointed that ours was locked in our garage.  He stated he would go to the local hardware store to purchase one, but there were no signs of him rinsing the gutters (no water on the ground, and the gutters still had dirt in them.
Communication could be much better with this contractor.
