"Mr. Avery called me and knew what I needed. He came out and was here in 15 Minutes. Mr. Avery was happy to give a free estimate, when everyone else that contacted me was not. Most others wanted a minimum of $80. to $90. Mr. Avery made a call to his Business and made sure they had the Part in stock that I needed. When he returned, the part was installed within an hour. He stayed to make sure that everything was safe and worked as intended. He was very professional and had a good sense of humor. I recommend 'Just Be Cool Supply' to anyone who needs Furnace repair. "Initially I considered having to pay $8000-ish for a replacement unit. Robert Alfonso saved the day, however. Well trained by LA Tech, and professional from start to finish, Robert diagnosed and resolved my wiring and capacitor issue quickly. The fix was $485 not $8000 to replace the unit. These guys are legit. Great result. Robert "Doctor" Alfonso rocked it."
