"The entire experience with Josh Dunn and his team went extremely well. I had another contractor over to look at the space, and his estimate was 30k, he really had no good ideas for what to do with the originally awkward layout, and he advised that I should move my two kids (ages 1 and 4) out of the upstairs during the remodel. Josh walked in and immediately envisioned what to do with the space and came in with a lower estimate. He and Mike worked meticulously, controlled dust, and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. They did any and all sawing and tile-cutting outside. My baby took naps in the basement, but both my kids slept at night in their own beds in their rooms, and I never worried about dust. Josh and Mike are polite and professional, keep you informed of the process, and are also very good at what they do. No drywall seam is visible, no tile is crooked, and the paint job is extremely clean. Our remodel was extensive enough that we needed city (Richmond Heights) permits, and that required that separate electricians and plumbers do that work and that everything (electrical, plumbing, building) be inspected two times. All of that slowed things down, but Josh and Mike communicated so well and kept everything so neat that I had no complaints. They also subcontracted out to workers who were as nice and professional as they are. I will have Dunn Home Improvements do any home remodeling project, large or small, that arises in the future."

"Great job especially considering the difficulty of dealing with plaster walls."

"Got off to a slow start. Seemed to be a miscommunication between general manager and project manager but once they started the remodel it was amazing. The downstairs bath turned out better than I had hoped. It was a small space with little room to expand - they put in a new stack, moved the laundry room wall and the end result was phenomenal! Upstairs bath has new tile in the shower, new lighting, new windows, and new toilet and vanity. It is my new happy place. Old tile was original to the 1940's house and awful. Tub was re-glazed and end result was beautiful, open and full of light! I am a happy satisfied customer and i will hire them again. The kitchen will be next and I will call Scott and John when I am ready!"

"3700 sq. ft. Property everything went. Very professional and great service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family."

"Hes a good contractor, and a good guy. He is very responsive, and he gets the job done."

"I purchased a special on Angie's List. The contractor responded promptly when I sent out a request for what needed to be done. They arrived at the time we agreed to and performed the service. I had to supply the paint for them to repaint the wood that was replaced. The only minor complaint I have is I was charged an extra $17 for the wood ( I thought this was all covered in the special, however I am very pleased with the way my house looks now."
