"As can happen, the project started out slow. Ryan was a little late the first day. But we discussed it, and he made up for it by getting right to work. He had a couple of guys with him, and they all worked very hard taking out the old deck, and getting ready to put the new one in it's place. During the project, we had a couple of hiccups (which I was quick to point out...lol). However, Ryan took care of them right away. And, as anyone who has ever done home repairs can tell you, sometimes unexpected things come up. Ryan went out of his way to take care of them as well. As for the new deck, I had a very detailed design that I wanted executed, and Ryan and his guys did a great job making my vision a reality. After cleaning the a/c and replacing the filter he ran the system long enough to determine additional work will be required that I pospooned till fall due to financial circumstances."

I had to do it myself later that night after the machine was clanking and hopping around like crazy during the spin cycle. Called in to complain and the owner apologized and gave me a partial reimbursement. Owner was nice and very apologetic but if you're name has "install" in it and you don't know to remove those shipping bolts when installing a washer, that's a big problem."

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
