Lastly the for the other toilet problem, he suggested I buy a toilet and he would install it saving me hundreds of dollars! He even gave me the brands that he liked for toilets. Brandon even checked my furnace, gave me some suggestions and gave me a quote on the water heaters that are close to replacement. The new radon remediation system (Bubble Up) has the added benefit of boosting the fixture pressure in the house to city level or better (60-75psi) as well as completely resolving the pH level of the water.
The cost was slightly lower than the other two quotes we received, partially due to the fact that Absolute offered a "multi-system" discount since two systems were going in at the same time.

"I tried contacting David through his website & email.  I did not get any response.  I tried again a week later and he replied.  We tried to work out an appointment but ended up with just back & forth emails.  My wife and I both work and the only time we are available is after 5ish.  Every response I got from him was 4:30pm, he didn't give me any other option or explanation (which he doesn't owe me any).  Finally when we did set up a 4:30 appointment, it was cancel the day before.   It really puzzles me that a well reviewed contractor can be so off putting.  My overall feeling is that he was just too busy to take on more jobs.  If that was the case he should have said it straight out and not string me along for 3 weeks.  Maybe Angieslist member should give him some breathing room.

He observed the job and communicated what would need to be done and fixed/replaced everything that needed to be.
