This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"This was not the first time I used Scott Phillips for pool work so I was obviously happy. The tiles on the top edge of the pool were cracking, falling off and frankly just looked dated. Scott made suggestions and directed me to the tile distributed he uses to pick out tiles. We knew that the pool did not need resurfacing and not once did Scott suggest it as a previous company did. All work was performed on a timely basis and the pavers look great. I've heard about how messy it would be but Scott and his crew did a good job of cleaning it up. And 2 years later, it still looks great!
