The staff member in the office was going to speak to the owner to see if they were willing to install the under mounts, since they normally do not. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "
