"They replaced my AC and furnace. They quote with Eric went really well. He stuck around to explain options and efficiency's to make sure we had what we wanted and could afford. They were not the cheapest but that was due to the quality of the products they used. Eric really took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. "My dryer vent was blocked. The tech did remove lint at the point where the dryer hose connects to the vent. He said it was all clear all the way up. The problem with my dryer not working has persisted. Upon further check where the vent goes to the roof had been blocked by a shingle when the roof was recently replaced. So with that blockage the tech did not blow out the vent properly. It is not his fault a roofer blocked the vent but if he had blown out the vent all the way up he would know the lint was not going out but fell back down to where the hose connects. Not a properly done clean out of my vent."
