"The Water Heater Medic responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes. We spoke and confirmed a price and installation/removal for 2 hours later as the had the heater we wanted in stock. Fast, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them."

"Called the original installers from 12 years ago but they weren’t very responsive. Ray Page responded with same day service and worked with my schedule. They sent text alerts with picture of Scott. Scott has been to my house before to fix Kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Very professional and nice. This time, he did the big job, replaced the water heater and cleaned up as well. Very reliable service."

"I needed an emergency replacement of a hot water heater. Daniel not only came earlier than he was supposed to, he was very informative, polite, and very thorough. He went above and beyond to do the job, snd clean up. Whoever answered the phone when I called this am, squeezed in my appointment, and never did I have to speak to a machine. They texted me when he was on the way, snd showed exactly when he was supposed to. Great friendly customer service- will definitely recommend them to others and use them again! Oh, and the guy that brought him the new heater, came quickly with it and was equally friendly and knowledgeable! Ray Page- Thank you all so very much!"

"Absolutely fantastic service! Jake is not only an incredibly skilled plumber but also extremely hardworking and professional. I highly recommend Cowan Family plumbing!"

"They were very professional, showed up time. They did a great job and were very fast--did it in a timely manner. I have hot water now, so I am very happy."

"Did a great job to get our system running for our tenant. And will schedule another repair for our home."

"Matthew was very quick to get back to me and get the job done right. I had a leaking toilet that was not seated correctly so it ruined the floor beneath. I had this issue fixed 3 times before. Matthew came out and replaced the flooring underneath it and now it sits correctly on the floor and no longer leaks. I would definitely have them come back if I had any other plumbing problems"

"Woke up to a flash flood in my basement that never floods. Technician got to my place within an hour of calling and had a new sump pump installed by early afternoon and the water drained out. It was stressful - the water was coming up fast and they dealt with it quickly. The lead technician was professional and courteous."

"He was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how to avoid future problems. He was also on time and the service was done fairly quickly. He took the time to make sure all repair needed was done correctly and assured me if any problems were to occur he would be back to fix."

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak. Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."
