As with all contractors, on-site communication before, during and after the project is the key to success. Randy and his teammate (apologies, I forgot to write down your name) started this work by doing some extra prep tasks that my husband had not been able to complete. When I pointed out the areas that needed small repairs or sanding, they got to work right away and handled these tasks in a very professional manner. When it turned out that I had gotten the wrong color paint for one of the rooms (which I discovered after they had already started to paint the closet), Randy told me that there were no problems.
