"I have them come out twice a year for maintenance. I pay nothing when they come, I have a contract with them. They check the two heat pumps I have for routine service. They were here before and said I needed to fix something. They said it would be $1800 for repair it, so I should just get a new unit. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
