"I had requested estimates from several companies on having a disposal repaired or replaced, but only Jiffy replied, and they did so almost immediately. They scheduled to come at the first time I was free. I received a phone call when the mechanics were on the way to my house and they were on time. Since I had given them the type of disposal that was currently installed, they brought a replacement with them, so although this was an estimate appointment, they were able to go ahead and install it, which they did. They were very polite and answered my questions. "As always, National Water does a great job for me.  Dave and his company have been the sole water support for my home since we built and moved in Aug. 2003.  They are incredibly responsive - for example, our hot water heater went out at 11pm on a very cold winter night back in 2005.  I called the emergency line, expecting to leave a message.  Not only did I get an answer, but they were out the very next morning to resolve the problem.  Another time, we were out of town, and our water stopped working over the weekend.  We had a house guest at our home, we called, and on Sunday afternoon National Water was there!

Besides emergency issues, Dave and his team provide excellent maintenance services.  We are on well water, which in our case has created a few issues:  Poor water pressure, hard water and after storms, dirty water from mud and sand.  National Water has put on systems to our water to resolve all three of these issues.  They maintain it annually and are available for any problems. 

National Water, several years back replaced our hot water heater to a much more energy efficient system that never runs out of hot water!

In the summer of 2020, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I obtained several estimates and DryMount was by far the best when considering price and the quality of the disposal. Some other companies offered to sell me older models and were more expensive on parts alone than what DryMount charged for a newer and quieter model, which included installation. I could not have been happier with the service. In January 2021, I didn’t have hot water anywhere in the house. I was so happy with my previous experience, I called DryMount to ask if they could check out my water heater. Despite being late in the afternoon, they came the same day and thoroughly checked it out. My water heater is very inconveniently located in a very small closet and, despite having to get on a ladder and contort their bodies into uncomfortable positions, they discovered that my water heater was fine and that I likely just had a power surge. They took care of the problem and only charged me $89, which is the fee for coming out to your house, and did not charge me anything extra. FWIW, the guys have a great sense of humor, and was put at ease before i felt any guilt For having to make the guys get on a ladder and twist themselves into a pretzel . I absolutely trust DryMount and they are my first call for when the inevitable pains of homeownership arise. They are the best, both with regard to quality of service and price. They absolutely earned my loyalty."
