"We had to go through this contractor through our home warranty company. They were terrible. They came to our property to look at the water heater. The water heater needed to be replaced. They took an entire week to report that back to our home warranty company. Keep in mind this is a week of cold showers and no communication on their end. I called them every day for 5 days in a row to get the report submitted and every time I called either no one would answer or the manager that handles the report was unavailable. To top it off they tried to quote $900 above the cost of what the warranty covers for modifications that were completely unnecessary. We had someone else take a look at the water heater and they said the alterations were not justified because some of the things they were quoting were only necessary if the heater was located inside the house, which it is not. We ended up requesting the warranty company a cash out amount. I would not recommend anyone work with this company. They are unreliable, their communication is terrible and they will rip you off."

What I am going to say is that Johnny from Tru Plumbing is the most honest, hardworking, helpful plumber on this earth! He treats your house and problems as if they were his own! Johnny has gone back and forth, spent more time than necessary to solve our root problems and his communication skills are beyond any other plumber. He answers the phone practically in the middle of the night even! I would recommend calling him for all your plumbing needs. "After the gas company refused to turn on our gas due to leak, I searched for gas leak service through Angies. First Class plumbing called and I asked them to perform a test to find out the source of the leak. I agreed to pay them $360 for this service which would be applied to the repair cost should I have decided to choose them for repair. The did a pressure test, confirmed the leak. However, they guessed where the leak was. They said the leak is somewhere underground between the gas meter and where the gas pipe enters teh house (~28 feet). They told me replacing that under-concrete pipe would cost me $9000 and if I do the post repair concrete patch, it would cost $7,000. I asked them to change the whole gas pipe in the yard (b/c it was old), they said $15,000 if I do the post-repair concrete path myself. Based on their statement I signed a contract for $15,000 to replace the whole gas piping in the backyard. Before they were going to show up next day, I asked them to delay the start of the work until Monday (3 days delay). I asked another gas company to do the diagnosis. The leak wasn't in the part of the gas pipe that was going from meter to the place the pipe enters the house. He isolated the segment that was causing the leak, then the leak was gone. I can send you the diagnosis from both companies. I would like First Class piping to pay me my $360 b/c their diagnosis was erroneous. Not only would I have paid the $7000 without having fixed the leak, but I would have damaged the concrete in the yard as well. In their diagnosis, First Class is saying there are Ts under the ground etc. which is absolutely to the case. He would have seen there were no Ts had he used his borescope camera as I asked him to do. I am asking them to pay me back my $360 which is the least they should do."
