"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. "Eddie was very knowledgeable and very thorough when checking out our AC system. We were impressed with his professionalism. It seems that we might have a small freon leak causing the system to over work, causing ice to form and water to puddle beneath the unit. He also needed to clear the clogged condensate drain line. He recharged the system with freon. He did not try to sell us anything unnecessary, just repaired our problem. Our Carrier ACs are 16 years old so I'm certain we will be needing the services of Canoga Park Heating and Air in the future either for rpairs or replacements."
