"Rob was very professional and very prompt in service.  I'm filling the review out on the behalf a co-worker that called me during a time of need.  Her house was under water due to the pipes bursting on the top floor.  I immediately searched Angie's list and came across Easy Flow and spoke to Rob.  He was very professional and empathetic to my co-workers situation.  He indicated that he was currently on a job and that he would head over within the hour.  Upon arrival Rob was very direct and acted fast to stop the leak and fix the faulty pipes.  My co-worker was very impressed of how empathetic that Rob was to her situation.  Rob even offered to come back and help her clean up the mess a day later.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"He is honest. There's something to be said for honesty. It's a family run business, but he does everything the right way. Some of the other providers give poor customer service or rip people off and can't get business in their local area and are moving into our area. Lennox is good stuff. He went all the way to Philadelphia just to get me a part."

"I contacted Omar at Ohm's.  I was at the condo at 7pm, that I rent, and he came over to diagnose the problem.  He made a quick diagnosis, and gave me a quick quote and was available to do the work quickly.  He repaired the situation a couple of days later that was convenient for me and sent me a bill online.  Everything has worked great since.  I would use their services again.

"The company was available, courteous, and knowledgeable.  They scheduled someone to come to the house within two days.  The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
They resolved all of our immediate needs and clearly explained options regarding wiring our house for a generator.  We lost power for more than a week twice in the two years we've lived in our home and, although we have a generator, there was no way to power the heating unit, the hot water heater, or the well pump as these are all hard wired into the electrical panel.
The technician explained that the best and safest way to provide power to our utilities during an outage was to provide a secondary electrical panel which would have services for the utilities and then provide an outlet to plug the generator into that would power these items.  The company provided a reasonable quotation for the services.
