"I called several companies on Angie's List and none of them would come for 4 days. I found him through a referral through someone else and he came and fixed it. He did a temporary fix until he could come and do a repair. It seemed like the other companies which were major companies didn't understand that my water was gushing down my street. Its not like I could turn my water off. John came out and bypassed the meter. The price was reasonable I thought. I would use him again. I have referred him to many people. The first thing is that he was the only one who would come promptly. He came in 2 hours. He bypassed came back 2 days later. They had to dig up my lawn to replace the pipe and when they were done you could not even tell they had touch the lawn. You could not see where they had dug it up. They were on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. I couldn't say enough good things."

"It was ok. I spoke to the guy on the phone before going in a few days later. In person he tried to charge me $60 more for the diagnostic than what he quoted on the phone. He dropped to the quoted price once I mentioned it."

"Loren showed up on time to the minute on Thursday morning. The job was scheduled for 2 full days with more than one person, but due to multiple emergencies, Loren did almost the entire job by himself. This resulted in the work spilling over into Saturday and getting finally finished sometime on Monday. However, it was all planned so that I was never left without both water and sewer services overnight. All the old pipes and material left from past jobs were removed as the work went on...a dirty, filthy job. But Loren took pains to keep the area and himself as neat and clean as possible. He was patient, thorough and cheerful. I became discouraged when the leaky tub seemed to require tons of effort and still kept leaking. But Loren just tried a new fix and finally stopped the problem. When everything had been fixed and replaced, he ran a video camera through the entire waste pipe to where it connected with the city service to check that there were no other issues, like tree roots or broken pipes exterior to the house. Fortunately, all looked good, which was a very reassuring way to finish the job for me. The bill reflected the quote, minus some work we thought had to be done that didn't, as well as the Angie's List coupon. This resulted in the entire job costing less than I had been figuring...again a nice way to finish up. I highly recommend Simeone Plumbing and would call them again immediately if I had another plumbing problem."

"The company was recommended by a flooring company that I trust. I called them one morning and, after I had initially scheduled their first available appointment for a day or two later, the plumber (Scott) was able to come by later the same day. The plumber evaluated the work, discussed cost-performance tradeoffs for the leaking valves and sink drain accessories, purchased the parts, and installed them and connected the sink and faucet. The work was completed in about 2 hours (including the time taken to buy parts). The system so far has been problem-free. The plumber worked very efficiently and was always helpful and courteous. He also was happy to take a few minutes (at no charge) to explain to me how to take care of some minor plumbing connection and repair issues on my own, as well as to give rough estimates for some larger plumbing work I was considering. <br /> The charge was on a time-and-materials basis, at $85/hr for labor. I don’t know if this is a typical labor rate, so I didn’t provide a rating for price. <br />"
