"I had Tim provide me with an estimate for tank and tankless water heater. Got the estimate and picked a tankless option only for the company to get mixed up and install the wrong device. After I informed Tim of the mixup, he was gracious enough to offer various options including removing the wrong device and installing the correct one. I didn’t think that was such a great idea. In the end, we reconciled and moved on. Mistakes happen but Tim rose to the occasion and fixed it. I would choose them to install a tankless water heater on my house again."

"Price was ridiculous for work that was actually done - I will take the heat on this one as we did not do the initial request correctly. We should have gotten a better quote but we did not really know what was actually needed"

"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Outstanding Service from Modern Plumbing LLC! I had an excellent experience with Modern Plumbing LLC when they installed my new water heater. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The plumber arrived on time, clearly explained my options, and walked me through the entire installation process so I knew exactly what to expect. The installation was done quickly and cleanly, with great attention to detail. Everything works perfectly, and I can already tell the quality of work is top-notch. It’s rare to find a plumbing company that combines expertise, honesty, and great customer service, but Modern Plumbing LLC absolutely delivers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing or water heater installation—you won’t be disappointed!"

"We had out the door plumbing replace our water line from the meter to the house. They gave a very responsible price. They showed up on time for the estimate and the start of the job. The work they performed was very professional and the end result was surprisingly well done .they are friendly well mannered employees that do great work."

"I called in the morning and Chris came out in the afternoon, when I was available. He explained and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have a new water heater on his truck so Tim came about 45 mins. to bring one. Installation was fast and Chris was very professional. They will be the first ones I call if I have any other issues."

"FIVE STARS to Cape Fear Air, Plumbing, and Electrical of Raleigh for their responsiveness and superior job installing a new Trane HVAC system in our home during the peak of the heat wave in July. Unfortunately, our 17-year-old Trane died during this period of record-breaking heat indexes. Josh Pitts, Cape Fear Project Manager, quickly and professionally responded with the right equipment at a fair price with an excellent install team. The installers, JJ and Spencer, did a SUPERIOR job removing the old equipment and installing the new system. The City of Raleigh inspector was very impressed and pleased with the top-notch quality of Cape Fear's installation (I accompanied him on the outside and inside inspection). I highly recommend Cape Fear Air, Plumbing, and Electrical of Raleigh."

"Our project manager Michael Tuck was super knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all the ins and outs of our HVAC installation. The job was completed exactly as described."

"Six men replaced all duct work. They were very professional. Also had a new water heater replaced."
