I received an invoice but when I inquired as to whether he charges an hourly rate or based on parts replaced, he never responded. I texted, emailed and called him however Tim never responded."

Zach came out and priced out a couple of options from repair to replacement of the old line along with the risks of choosing one option over another. I went with the repair option. Zach and Eric came out quickly and had the repair completed in a few hours.
